Crumbly Granola Bars with Quinoa

The granola bars I made the other week lasted us about 10 days.  They were dense, moorish and totally decadent.  This week I thought that I would try something a little bit different (why stop at one recipe when you can experiment?) and added about a cup of cooked and toasted quinoa to toasted oats, coconut, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, rasins, chopped apricots and chopped walnuts.  I didn't have quiet enough butter and sugar to combine the mix as stickily as the last time...resulting in a crumbly, sweet and crunchy granola bar.
